Returns Policy

If an item needs to be returned, contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus our original shipping cost (deducted from any refund).Parts must be returned in original condition--clean, unused & in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, no returns over 30 days from date of purchase. You are responsible for safe return shipping: make sure that your item(s) are adequately packed and insured. Spa covers, Spas, Sensors, Heaters, Topsides, Circuit Boards & special order items are not returnable, but are covered by the manufacturer's warranties.

All qualified returns will incur a 20% re-stock fee, unless the part ordered was incorrect and the intent is to order the correct part.

Shipping, Handling, Sales Tax. Free UPS Ground shipping and free handling on all orders over $75 in the 48 contiguous states; $7.50 flat rate for handling and shipping for orders under $75.

No sales tax except Calif. residents.
